Hey Hey everybody!

Always interesting to notice a shift in the energy - well, to me anyway. The week started and many of us ready with our plans in hand and had a great week, moving ahead, feeling good - then the Moon entered Gemini and got in the way of that Mercury / Mars square and things changed a bit. Lots of folks I know had trouble sleeping Thursday night and Friday seemed full of tension. Gemini is represented by the twins, of course, and it's action often has us sort of "of two minds" on things. People seemed simultaneously excited and worried about the future.

Luckily, Moon aspects don't last long. Today the Moon moves into homey Cancer and our emotions may be more focused on family and getting comfort by staying close to home. Many of us really need to rest and relax while we have the chance, because next week will bring another big push.

The week begins with a powerful Yod on Monday, as the Neptune / Chiron (inspiration / healing) conjunction ties in the energy of Venus (love and money), Saturn (responsibility and work) and Mars (action and creativity). Shown as a circle day on the calendar, this seems like a great time to start something big. As the day continues, the Moon gets into the mix in the last degrees of Cancer, so I would start earlier in the day, rather than later.

The Yod's power is diminished by Tuesday the 15th, when Venus (love and money) enjoys her exact trine with Jupiter (luck and expansion), while Mars lends it's energy to help Pluto in is mission of transformation as they trine as well. Another circle day, another great day to start new things (also a good second day on the job!)

By Wednesday, the Moon will be in Virgo, which can be cranky or critical, but certainly focused on the details. We will again be delighted to see the weekend and it's lovely Libra Moon for more rest and re-energizing. No box days this week on the calendar - but there are 2 the week after that, near the first eclipse in the upcoming cycle.

Before I sign off, I'd just like to say: In response to questions that I have received about the serious global and national problems we are currently going through, I want to remind everyone that Pluto IS in Capricorn, the sign of government and structure. The last time that happened America was at war in it's own War of Independence. There will be similarities between this period and the last one - and while I am sure we all hope that it doesn't come down to that kind of large scale disruption in our way of life, Pluto is most commonly likened to the Phoenix (the mythical bird who consumed itself in flames only to be reborn from it's own ashes). Just like in our own lives, catastrophic event are possible - and they are there to force a change. It is often said that Humanity shines brightest when faced with it's darkest circumstances. I have faith, that just like you and me, in our own lives, we as a community have the power to overcome the obstacles before us and to reshape our society into a system that works for the people we are now - and it must happen. We can all see the writing on the wall - we can not go on as we have. There must be innovative changes for us to continue to thrive - and the time for those changes I now. Pluto will be in Capricorn until 2023, my friends. This process is just beginning.

Wishing you all the very best, my friends! Peace!

Carole
